“Always excellent service. Every time I go to the drive-through or go in great people” ^^^ Was What I’ve once said .. but now — I was going to this Pharmacy for many years and had a horrible experience recently . They would not take my benefit information over the phone or let me send it in. They told me my medications would take 2 hours to fill . I called back immediately to see if I could have it transferred to another pharmacy for this one time as I couldn’t wait for the antibiotics and pain meds for my tooth infection . ... read more
most dehumanizing experience of my life
Friendly staff but everytime I either request refills online or call it in I am told it’s ready for pick up yet when I go to pick it up it’s not actually ready and I’m waiting for 20 minutes or more. I chose this place for the quick and easy convenience of a drive-through. Staff are great but their organization is not. I have now moved on to a different pharmacy because of this.
