Two years after installation of blinds for the entire house, we are replacing all the windows. As the blinds were removed, we found a couple of bent brackets. I contacted Daniel and he responded immediately and resolved the problem for us. Not only did we get excellent service during initial installation, post customer care far exceeded expectation.
