I went in for a simple wash and blowout with curly wavy hair. Now, my hair is straight. It won't curl anymore. I don't wear my hair down, and it had been 8 months since I had a blowout. Go there at your own risk, but its my experience less than a month ago. I'm infuriated to say the least!
