I didn’t have the best experience. From the moment I called, the staff seemed a little rude, but I decided to go anyway because they were close to me. The inspection itself was quick. The problem was that they made a mistake on my inspection paperwork. I gave them my insurance, and I brought in my 2017 gas truck, but they entered it as a 2022. They used the correct VIN, but somehow listed the wrong model year. Not sure how they managed to confuse a 2022 diesel truck with a 2017 gas truck, but I guess mistakes happen. Still, ... read more
Very professional, fast service totally recommended 100%
Excellent, friendly service. Took my car for an emissions test, which was done promptly. I also had an oil change, two tires and the engine belt replaced. Pricing was reasonable and the wait time was acceptable. I definitely will recommend friends and neighbors to get their cars serviced here. Thanks Sammy for providing such pleasant customer service.
Fast and friendly
I have a very different experience with this shop than most. Although I was not a customer here, I can tell they do true, honest, and very high quality work. I recently purchased a toyota avalon and the previous owner just had it serviced at excellent auto prior to selling it. After purchasing it I put it on my lift at work as I am an auto technician.
