The tech never showed up and was given the run around.
This marks the fifth time this month I have asked to take off their phone call list. Instead of the employee being reasonable and confirming that he will take me off, he cuts me off, tells me to have a good day, and hangs up on me. In the past, I told them I will reach out when I need help, now my response has changed, I will never use this company again for this reason. Some of the worst service and customer experience I have ever had.
Not pleased at all. The guy I’m assuming is contracted by this company. They came to replace my windshield on a Monday and the. Broke the replacement. Scheduled to come back with another that following Friday. No one showed up so I call customer line. They canceled my appointment then contacted customer care another time to just keep being told that the “boss” would call me multiple times with no contact to be done. Artemio did a wonderful job at the time of service. However I want to provide feedback as I am disappointed in my experience after the fact. I purchased a windshield from Excellent Auto Glass with the understanding that I will have a one year chip repair warranty on my windshield. That was one of the selling points as to why I chose to move forward with using the company. I ended up getting a chip in my windshield a week after my replacement windshield was installed.
