Artemio did a wonderful job at the time of service. However I want to provide feedback as I am disappointed in my experience after the fact. I purchased a windshield from Excellent Auto Glass with the understanding that I will have a one year chip repair warranty on my windshield. The worst company to deal with, I got this people to replaced my window glass but they didn't finish the job, the installer promise me , his boss will call me to schedule a other visit, never happened , I call several times and they didn't return my phone calls, excellent auto glass is the most ridiculous company .
Most ridiculous company, have had to wait over a month an a half amd my car is still not calibrated after 2 different windshields. Will not return phone calls, will not update and let me know when they will be out (still dont know, was 2 weeks ago now sonce last windshield. Wont answer the phone. Beware
Did my glass once I I receive spam calls non stop for years now! They bother my 81 year old father too to where he turns off his phone during the mornings. My number has been given out to so many people! Fine ur windshield is done but ur gone hear about it non stop even after u have asked to be taken off the call list numerous times. Shame!
