I had my windshield replaced by this company about 4 years ago. At the time, the service was fine, nothing notable. Since then I have received so many sales calls and texts from this company. I’ve moved out of state and asked to be taken off their list, yet they still reach out. I would caution against using their service unless you’re fine with being on their call and text list until the day you die. Incredibly irritating and a shady business practice, IMO.
One star is a stretch. Been ghosted by him. Sceduled appt and no response, by the way....phone number is disconnected
The tech never showed up and was given the run around.
This marks the fifth time this month I have asked to take off their phone call list. Instead of the employee being reasonable and confirming that he will take me off, he cuts me off, tells me to have a good day, and hangs up on me. In the past, I told them I will reach out when I need help, now my response has changed, I will never use this company again for this reason.
