They asked for a 4 hr window (8-12) on Saturday morning. Showed up after 1:30 pm after ignoring all our calls. Simply being late after an obnoxiously large service window isn't the issue as much as the poor character in not calling us. Killed most of our Saturday due to their nonchalant ghosting. I hate companies like that.
If you want to be harassed with phone calls and texts for the rest of your life, this is your best choice.
Worst company ever. They will spam call you for years to come.
