Dorie Downs and CHRISTIAN are top notch trainers and delightful people. Equipment is kept tidy, operational and clean, workouts are creative, staff is very knowledgeable. And Dorie is just plain FUN to be around. I drive past several gym locations on my way to the Battery, but it’s completely worth it!!
A wonderful place to get a workout in. The trainers always make sure the workout fits your needs.
Tremendous group of Trainers who understand how to train you in proper technique while pushing you towards your goals!
