Worst case experience I have ever had. They had no idea how to take off shellac gel and all my nails broke a week later. My nails NEVER break. What should take 45-60 mins for a shellac manicure TWO HOURS and then they had the nerve to have a hidden charge to remove shellac (this is always included when you pay for a shellac manicure) and when it’s not included because it’s not done with them- it’s usually $7.
