I am extremely happy with Excellence Plumbing Service! The plumber, Julian was friendly, knowledgable, patient, and put my mind at ease. He explained everything he did so I understood it. He did great work, fixed the problem in timely manner at a great price compared to all other quotes!!! I will definitely use them in the future for all my plumbing needs!
Ray came to our office to look and supply us with an estimate to replace our hot water heater. He immediately noticed that we needed a pan and he would also install an expansion tank which our association required. He was very professional and explained everything to us. Amazing service. We had noticed some water appearing our basement but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Late last night it ended up getting pretty bad. We called in and someone got back to us right away. They told us the most likely cause over the phone and told us what to do it mitigate the damage until they came. Julian came in the morning and reproduced the issue immediately. He fixed it and gave us advice on things we can do ourselves to prevent a recurrence.
