I have been trying to get a warranty repair on a Gelato Freezer that was purchased from your company through Webstaurant Store. It has been 3.5 weeks since I made contact and nobody has contacted me regarding this matter. I called again and spoke to SHAWN and did not get an answer to my question. I have been more than patient but patience has a limit and mine has got to that point! I want someone to contact me regarding this matter as I am very disappointed at the customer service from your company.

Anything but excellent...I ordered a fan motor, it was delayed-it's been nearly 2 weeks and I still don't have it. When you call, no one answers the customer service line. You leave messages, no one calls you back. If you are going to name your company "excellence" that is what you should be. Still waiting on my motor. Ordering one from another company tomorrow-that's what I should have done in the first place! Do not use!!!!
