These folks went out of their way to help us! We had been taken advantage of by another auto repair place who charged us an unbelievable amount for brakes & rotors on our van; we went to EiAR for the same on our SUV. We were shocked by the low price and quick turn around. As it turns out we showed them the receipt from the van's repair at their competitor (a tire store that does repairs) and they said their standard price is FOUR TIMES lower than that place, which had really gouged us. We've taken our son's cars to Excellence in Auto for the last three years. The company is nice, knowledgeable and reasonable. It is one car repair company that doesn't try to fix things that aren't broken and they communicate with the customer. The location is easy to find and navigate. I always make an appointment because they are "popular" with people wanting honest, actual car repair.
