I had an appointment scheduled for Monday between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. By 11:41 AM, no one had arrived, so I called to check on the status. That’s when I was given an excuse that they were held up at another job due to a gas leak. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, but what I don’t understand is the lack of communication. Excellent service! Have been extremely reliable, quick and fantastic to help service all of our units at the restaurant. Would recommend to any buisness or home looking to update/uprgrade their heating or cooling units.
Our heat pump installation went very smoothly and the city inspector was complimentary of the quality work. We just received the $1000 rebate check from Sonoma Clean Power for the heat pump install. We're very happy with the job Excellence Heating did.
