I had a concerning bad experience at Excellence Health Care X-Ray & Ultrasound Diagnostic Imaging Centre, located at 2700 Dufferin St, Unit 56, York, ON M6B 4J3, around 9 to 11 am ,when I underwent an abdominal and vaginal ultrasound on December 3, 2025. The exam lasted over two hours, much longer than expected, and during the procedure, the technician was talking on the phone, which affected their focus.
