Being hospitalized is no picnic. I had a medical emergency and, following a recommendation, went to East Houston Medical Center; I must honestly say that I received the best possible care—respectful, timely, and professional—and, above all, encountered a team deeply committed to service and genuine human kindness. They engage in large-scale insurance fraud by admitting patients that do not require hospitalization. Administrators like Wafa are crooked and out of touch with reality. They’re one complaint to the state away from shutting down for good.

Completely unacceptable ER experience My wife was in the ER with our daughter, who may have a broken arm, while I was out of town supporting them over the phone. Worst experience I have ever had in an emergency room. My experience with Stacey was extremely disappointing and frustrating.
