Dr. Goffi, not only saved my life, but EHMC restored my faith in hospitals. From the time I walked into the front door, I was greeted by smiling, caring front desk staff who, saw I was in pain, and got up and brought me intake paperwork instead of me coming to them. At that point, I knew there was something different about EHMC. I only waited for a few minutes before they brought me back to the emergency room. Went there for a possible stroke. I felt cared for, listened to and treated. Dr. Fisher listened to my issues and not once did his eyes glaze over. I went home the next day with information and realistic expectations. The whole staff deserve capes in my book. Oh... and the bill...$125K LESS! than the one I got from Methodist hospital for similar treatment.
