I give the technician one star. He came to my home, stretched my rug out of shape, promised to return to try to correct the problem but did not! I will NEVER used this company again! I am very upset that he had no interest or concerns re damage to my new floor rug and that he is an out and out liar who, by the way, when I saw him I should have not let him in my home because of his homeless appearance!
