What's the point of making an appointment, if you are waiting like a walk-in... But not a big deal, and I would not have posted this negative review just for that. My issue is that instead of offering a simple apology when I told them that I could not wait anymore ("sorry, we are busy"... would have sufficed), they blamed me: "you did not tell us you had an appointment when you came in!" - why on earth would I hide the fact that I have an apt., and then lie about it!!? Very strange, and quite disrespectful. Very bad business... read more
