Easy to book appointment the reception he have good communicating a service with the patient
Dr. Mark and the team made me feel at ease from the start. Highly professional and genuinely caring.
The reception and the doctor are very welcoming. What I don’t understand is why the fees are sooo high now and the bulk billing refund remains the same. Is a 10 minute session worth being out of pocket $60 odd dollars. No wonder families are feeling the pinch. Shame on you.
If you have a genuine medical condition, this is the practice to visit. Dr. Mark is a plain talker and a straight shooter. While some might find that approach too blunt, I personally prefer knowing exactly what's going on with my health rather than having things sugar coated. He gets straight to the point right from the start. If he can help, he’ll do it without you asking, and if he can’t, he’ll direct you to someone who can.
