I totally love coming to Excel med spa. Everyone is so friendly and kind. They are always ready to offer services and products to help with any issue I ask about, but I never feel pressured. By using my membership I keep my skin in tip top shape. Love my platinum membership!
I don’t like leaving negative reviews but this place has poor business practices. When I initially called to inquire about microneedling with PRP, I was informed there was a monthly special for $300, so I scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, the first appointment was canceled because their esthetician was unavailable. My second appointment was also canceled because they failed to inform me that I should stop using tretinoin for two weeks prior. I then called to reschedule for an earlier date, and during that call, I inqu... read more
