Rudest company I have dealt with. Cannot avoid paying fees even when paying bill three weeks early. Will not take payment over the phone. Put on hold forever. Customer service is non-existent. No information about usage throughout the month. Website is antiquated & slow.
Wrong number but the man was very nice and explain my mistake also answered a question for us.
