I live in a condo and, unfortunately, my board uses this company for any problems. My unit has extremely loud running water issues from the people below me, to the point it was waking me up at night. The plumber they sent was here 1/2 hour, and basically said short of cutting a hole in the wall, there was nothing they could do. I was told by the board that I would be charged for this if it turned out to be nothing. My building management hired Excelair to change out some overhead pipes in our parkade. They left jagged pieces of old metal pipe in my (not well lit) parking spot, one of which destroyed one of my tires. They initially said they'd compensate me, but it's been months and now they've stopped replying to my emails. Bad experience.

Andrew is amazing. He should get a 10 star rating.I had heat issues in my suite for several days. The issue was not resolved until Andrew completed the work. Part of the work he completed was drainage of black sludge that was most likely "plugging" the pipes for 20 years. Great work Andrew.
