The absolute worst. Some how managed to get more rude, less client serving after the merge with Independence Health. The front desk staff get joy from being unhelpful and rude.
Not sure why it’s so difficult to get front desk staff that isn’t rude and unhelpful? Like , I get being busy and I know it’s hard to work with the public , but it’s like they go out of their way to be nasty
