Time to find a new Dr. I Like him, but the office manager and staff has lied to me about processing claims. Been chasing standard bloodwork claim for over the months. Finally paid it so I didn't get sent to collections. Horrible communication and never follows through. Spoke with insurance today and they tell me they still have not received anything. Office manager told me he was sending it in about 2 weeks ago for the third time. Sad that we pay all this money for health care and get treated this way.
