dr. jakubek is fantastic!!! he speaks in a calm and reassuring way, and is clear and easy to understand in how he explains things. he listens to you and gets you on the path you need to be on. some doctors like to tell you what they think you should do without actually listening to you, dr. jakubek is not like that! if what you need is out of reach or risky at the moment due to other circumstances, he'll find the best way to meet you in the middle. he won't make you wait for what you need without good reason, he wants to get... read more

I will never be back. Horrible staff, horrible services, disrespectful staff. No one answers their phones, they will give you attitude and misdiagnose you consistently. They have been sure to misdiagnose myself and multiple family members for generations leading in serious illness and/or death. I wouldn't come here for even a physical at this point. Completely incapable. Disgusting.
