Th Exela Health in Irwin charged me 308 dollars for a mammogram .The insurance paid them and to this day they haven't reimburse me. In th past they made another mistake . They billed me for a service that I paid for. They lost the check so I had to drive to my bank to get a copy of the check and mailed to them. Another mistake that they made was about 3 years ago. They sent a check for 75 dollars because of they over charged me. When I deposited the check it bounced. They make to many mistakes always in their favor.
Exela health made several mistakes in their billing. Westmoreland Hospital is joke. In a course of 3 years they made 3 mistakes. I am changing all my medical records to UPMC.
When I entered the hospital and asked the concierge for directions I was greeted with the most miserable “professional” ever. She glared at me. The look on her face was so hateful I was taken aback. I got the same look on the way out. This person should not be in a position of helping people.
Office is controlled by staff and his nurse is rude and uncaring. Never going back
Your lucky you get one star cz we hsve to put it to rate it or you would get none. Do realize that this miralax you gave me 12 yrs ago is so addictive it messed me up bad in my digestive system, rethink before you prescribe exlax to patients n tell them to take it everyday 😢. I have to suffer n not be able to eat now everyday thanks dude!
They took my son doctor off of him because he couldn't get there. They would not give him his medicine. He's now in a different hospital and ha cancer . What can I do about that
I'm visiting from Canada... I forgot some of my medication and didn't know what to do... I'm visiting my brother who is ill and my elderly mother.. I went to this emergency room... Everyone was very friendly... Vickie, the nurse was so nice and comforting and assured me that they woukd be able to help me... Dr. B. Rectenwald came right in and spoke with me... Went over my medications and gave me 3 prescriptions... I'm so grateful... Had they not helped me, I would of had to immediately go home I'm beyond thankful Can't thank... read more
Having to leave without care after 7 hours in the emergency room when you're sick is inexcusable. No water was a available to people waiting all that time. Staff all over the system are rude. They do not attract good doctors. An Excela cardiac "specialist" failed to notice my sister was in heart failure! I had to go for a blood test 3 times because the staff didn't do it correctly. Horrible!!! Waste of my time and gas money driving there!! Never ran 1 test or diagnosed anything!! She just decided to prescribe a bunch of pills. That was it. Totally unprofessional. Will never go back!
