They advertise that they are open till 4:00 pm on Sat and Sun but stop taking patients before 4:00. Misleading and a waste of my time as I needed medical attention arriving at 3:50 . If they had advertised that they stop taking patients at a specific time, obviously BEFORE 4:00 , it would have been a different story. While my case was not an emergency, if if it had been, there would have been implications.

If you love your family do not let them go here. They push you around are rude and have no care at all if you are taken care of. They lie and over complicate things because they are too afaird to do what they went to school for. Who cares my dads shoulder is popping out of place and he is in pain. We called on Tuesday to fix issues with RX then told to call Friday after 15 phone calls we are left hanging and told it is after hours and the weekend so we must go back yo the ER!!! I will never again use this clinic. The nurse practitioner was completely rude and uncaring towards my special needs brother stating she was short on time when we ourselves waited over 70 minutes for her. I left there with questions unanswered.
