No one answers the phone. It's all phone trees and "we will call you back." People are busy -- they need to answer the phone and take care of them rather than making people keep checking their phone while doing other things. It's maddening.
I think a great doctor will listen to you instead of just reading the paperwork to be honest. This man has talked to me like I was his friend and helped me through some of my greatest struggles so a five star rating is never enough. And sometimes thank you is never enough one of the greatest doctors I’ve ever had
Been with this fella for 14 years or more. No complaints here. Listens well, always attentive to my many, many needs. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend him to all. It's not easy seeing a lot of patients every day like he does, but his work ethic is second to none!
I wish I could give him 0 ! We’ve been with Dr. Wentworth for over five years, and if you ask me how many times we’ve actually seen him—only once! He barely knows us as patients, even though he’s supposed to be our family doctor. I have a chronic condition that requires consistent care, follow-ups, and treatment, but they have been no help at all!
