My occupational therapist(Heidi)and phyical therapist(Becky)at Common 2 was wonderful in what they do..The team pulls together as one.. I WOULD RECOMMEND;COMMONS TWO TO ANY THAT NEEDS OCCUPATIONAL AND PHYICAL THERAPY..
Heidi is the Best by far! The receptionist that works in the front is unprofessional & Rude! If they would get rid of her it would be the perfect place!

For anyone’s information if you have been discharged from PT and then sometime later you moved out of the area you will not be able to obtain your records until you can visit the office in person and submit paperwork requesting your records. Missy from the office called me back and there is a way to obtain your records but you will need access to a fax machine.
Heidi is the best. I am a loyal patient now.
