For anyone’s information if you have been discharged from PT and then sometime later you moved out of the area you will not be able to obtain your records until you can visit the office in person and submit paperwork requesting your records. Missy from the office called me back and there is a way to obtain your records but you will need access to a fax machine.
Heidi is the best. I am a loyal patient now.
Joe DeLuca was the worst therapist I had he had no idea about my problems acted like I was faking was stretching me too much in places that hurt after I even told him it hurt he made me worse it took me a month to be able to walk on my cain again will never go back there
