I was sitting in the lobby waiting to go back to see the one dr, and Dr lauro's secretary with the dark hair who answers the phone was getting loud with one of the callers and had an attitude with the caller and she was saying to the caller, this is not Dr Passarelli's office, and the caller must have said something and she slammed her fist or hand down on the desk really loud and said it again, this is not Dr Passarelli's office, I guess her anger about not getting grinch socks from McDonald's made her be rude to the caller... read more
Dr Lauro and all of the staff at Latrobe Hospital tearted me like I was the only patient they had even though they are very busy!
Dr. Lauro and his team have done An awesome job of fully replacing both my hips and 1 knee. I healed well after each surgery which I am healing from one now. GOD has blessed this man's hands and I would recommend him to the world. Bless Dr.Lauro and his awesome team whom all have great spirits.
