I have been a patient of Dr Richard's for many years. In November my wife called his office to say I was in terrible pain with my back and didn't know what to do (I have a history of back surgeries and issues) Dr Richard's nurse was extremely kind to my wife by passing messages back and forth between my wife and Dr Richard's. His first comments were for me to go off of all pain medication. I see Dr. Richard’s, and I would recommend him as a PCP. He gets back quickly whether he’s in office or out. I have also seen the PA at the Latrobe office, she’s super kind and is a good listener. Nikki the Medical Assistant goes above and beyond for her patients.. she is patient, kind, and thorough!
I originally went to this doctor as I needed a local doctor and I was told they were good with gender affirming care. I just got my test results back and was immediately misgendered in them. Switched doctors and will be going to a new AHN-affiliated doctor who specializes in gender affirming care.
I have been seeing Dr. Armanious for many years. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and saved my life. She sent me for a stress test that I didn't want to do. Ended up having a catherization and bypass surgery of 5 arteries. I will never be able to thank her enough!!!
