I gave 3 out of 5 stars because we haven't had an issue with the doctors but the front staff and some (not all) of the nurses are rude when they call. Us as parents should be able to ask questions about our child's care and medications when we don't understand something. On more than one occasion, they have been rude, tone changes, and have smart remarks back instead of being professionally and asking the doctor for clarity. I wish they would change their staffing to people who like their job

I absolutely love this office. Everyone is so nice (including the ladies that work the quikdraw) Dr. Adam Chi is an incredible doctor. He is very professional and listens to any and all of your concerns and definitely has your best interest in mind. He does what will make you feel most comfortable and is good at reassuring you about your health concerns. I usually am seen at Saltsburg Excella health, I was not able to get in for the week. I had previously been seen at the Delmont Excella health. I called to see if I could get in at their office. At first she told me that she had a few openings then put me on hold. When she returned to the line they couldn't see me because I am current patient at Saltsburg. I've been trying to schedule an appointment here for several months. Twice I have had my appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours advance notice. Do not recommend.
