I was very upset to know that Dr Howard was leaving. I saw Dr Bodner on Monday for a possibly serious problem. He was so caring and OMG. he got appointments for me and was so genuinely concerned. Best of luck Howard on your retirement, but thank you so much for leaving me with such a compassionate Dr. I know I’ll still be in the great hands that your office always provided. Welcome Dr Bodnar!
My daughter needed blood work done quickly and had little time to get it done. I stopped into this office thinking our family doctor had moved here but I was mistaken. However when I explained to the staff here the situation, they went above and beyond to ensure she got what she needed done that day. Thank you!
Great doctor I've gone here for 13 years. HOWEVER I will not deal with the piss poor service that EXCELA has started providing. There is no way to actually contact you doctor. you need to call the call center and sit on hold for 20 TO 30 MINUTES then leave a voice mail with the call center and pray that they decided to care about their patients enough to actually tell your doctor that you need them to call you. All this on top of the increasingly RUDE and UNCARING staff but again it's not Dr bursch's office that I have a pro... read more
