I wish I could not even put a star on here. I was treated so badly by this practice. The nurses had no emotion would not smile nothing. They didn't even take my blood pressure or weight. I just have had surgery and they are so pushy for the MRI to be done..I told them I still can not drive or do much but no body cared there. They dismissed me because I can't make it to my mri and all I wanted was a mediction change or refill. TERRIBLE DOCTOR AND STAFF IS WORSE!!!!!!
Dr. Barry himself is wonderful up until I had a miscommunication with one of his nurses and then everything went down hill, they treated me like I was a drug addict, a liar, and totally irresponsible and I have been upset ever since they sent me to a different pain specialist guess they didn’t want to be called out on something they did wrong, his staff is absolutely horrible!!
I had seen. Dr. Berry He was cold and judgmental did order mri but I have not heard anything . He clearly did not care or show compassion.Told me to go to pain and Spine specialist!!He clearly did did not want me as a patient!
I had a fantastic experience at Dr Berry’s office! From the moment I walked in, the front office and clinical staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. They made sure I was comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Dr. Berry is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly cares about his patients. It's rare to find such a great combination of a skilled doctor and an amazing team. Highly recommend!
Dr Berrys bed side manner is awful. I’m in pain it’s not funny. He did not spend much time to figure out the issue. SI injection and lumbar injections were painful and unhelpful. He sent me to Dr Boniratti who looked at me and said “why are you here” I’ve switched to Dr Toshok. I highly recommend Tochak.
