My car came in at 8 am for two windows to get tinted a quick wash and an interior detail. It’s a brand new rig still really clean on the inside after 3 road trips with kids. We told them we needed the front to match the rear she should have known the film would need removal but the tech was like there’s stuff on it already meaning tint. The rig is a 2026 platinum sequoia it of course came from the detailer that way. The girl that works up front does not have proper customer service etiquette at all. Call an hour before they closed. Made an appointment for 8am the next day, got there at 8, had my truck back to me at 8:26 with two windows tinted.. thanks guys ill be a repeat customer.
