It was an unfortunate accident, but I have to give credit to the ENTIRE team at Excel! From the office staff to the field reps, they checked on us throughout the process, and made us whole again very expeditiously. Very reputable 🍻
This company refused to move their trucks forward to avoid blocking my driveway. Previously they had blocked my driveway for hours. The crew chief was rude and flippant.
Had my car washed by their very unprofessional practice of leaving a ball valve open on a water tank. They do it all the time in Eureka. Not the first time I got a free car wash by them with dirty-ish water. Glad they could save five minutes... VERY unprofessional. Happened again today a little before 4pm maybe 3:45
