I love this location and have been there several times in the past. The staff is not friendly at all and are rude. I was waiting on my prescription to be faxed and after hour and half I spoke with the pharmacist who confirmed not receiving it. I spoke with the urgent care front desk who stated that they have confirmation that the fax had gone thru so they will not be able to fax again. Second time I check with the pharmacy who denied receiving the fax, so we ended up going to the urgent care again to pick up the paper presc... read more
A friend highly recommended this place since I had not been feeling well over the weekend. Since I had bad experience at another nearby Urgent care, I was hesitant about going to Excel Urgent Care. I'm glad I went, the staff is professional, genuinely care, explained my benefits, the doctor Catherine was so kind. Even my prescription was at my pharmacy by the time I got there. I wasn't there long at all like at other places. Now I will highly recommend Excel Urgent Care to all my friends and family.
