Man let me tell you I was stuck in Lexington SC and the great people at excel truck group got me back on the road. My sprinter van had a leaking coolant line they found me a new line and got me back on the road in no time. If your ever in that area and need some work don't on your truck look up excel they will get you right!
I had an absolutely terrible experience at this truck and trailer repair shop. Yesterday, my trailer’s ABS light turned on, so I called them to ask if they could help. The woman on the phone said if I arrived by 11 AM, they could start at 2 PM. I agreed, checked in on time, and waited. But 2 PM passed, then 3 PM, then 3:30 PM — they hadn’t even started or moved the trailer. I asked the woman if they would actually fix it today since they closed at 5 PM. Went there yesterday to purchase batteries. Got there close to closing time and salesman was very professional and did not rush b my transaction. He took care of me and got me on my way. This dealership has the best prices in our area by far.

If you're black and a o/o dont use these guys its just a money thing with them without fixing the problem. Compared to other truck dealerships this one looks like a hole in the wall from the outside. They dont even sell new or used trucks. That says alot. I dont feel these reviews are accurate at all. It's just a facade to get potential customers to give them a try and sucked into a big pricey repair bill. This isn't a dealership its a stealership. Beware!!!!
