Had to buy a hanger kit for my freightliner. Melissa put her lunch down and helped me out everyone was helping other customers. The parts department looks organized and clean. 🫶🏼
I had the pleasure of working with Mr.Lance from the Excel Truck Group located in Chester Virginia. The part I needed (Hi-Lo solenoid valve kit and O- ring kit) was extremely difficult to find on a Friday however, Mr.Lance had multiple solenoids and o-ring kits in stock with that said, I am making Excel Truck Group in Chester Virginia my number one choice for parts and if lucky I am lucky I may have the opportunity to work with Mr.Lance again. He is helpful and knowledgeable.

Kerrie Kaysen has been my Service Representative at Excel Truck Group and she has provided me with prompt and concise information and customer service.
Kerri in service is such a great person to work with. If she says she's gonna call you back to address concerns etc. best to believe it's gonna happen. She has has bold passion for her job, and she does it well, and her priority is customer service which is why I took my time to write this review. This day and time CS is not primary in alot of cases, it's just money grab an go. We need more people like Kerri in the world, and then we can get back to our basic principles.
