I have seen Scott a few times to help me so I could do back squats and lunges again. He was very thorough in his assessment and is really good at explaining everything. He gave me some exercises to do, showed me how to do them. Did some manipulation and some acupuncture. I could feel a difference from day 1. Just been to see Scott about very tight and occasionally painful shoulders, that I thought were work related and impacting me in the gym.
