Kenny, along with the other coaches are 🔥🔥. When a coach is more worried about your health than you are, it tells you something. Great gym, equipment, & location! Even better, the knowledge you get with this team!!
This is a great place that functions around individual growth.. Kenny is super committed to each individual and his personalized workouts can fit any person regardless of age, weight or fitness level. Really glad I was referred to this place as I enjoy the workouts and routines Kenny creates. I also appreciate that it’s mindless. No decisions. No planning. Exceptional gym. Very high quality equipment, always clean, and friendly members and staff.
