Great friendly staff! We called them with 15 minutes till close and they were amazing!! Got us fixed up and back on the road!
We can't say enough good things about the customer service at Excel Service Center!!! When we picked our camper up after it had been there for some general repairs and upkeep, it was still throwing a code with the jacks. Larry patiently worked through the issue (with Tim's help) and got us answers before we left. We felt that service went above and beyond and we appreciated it so very much!!! This is definitely the place to go for any and all camper issues
Stopped in traveling through because main awning was broke! They were great about getting me in! Repaired it so we thought! Was told it would last for years! Broke 2 hours out. Called and owner said he thought it was good! Apologized, which I thought was nice! He then said get it repaired and send me a copy of the bill. I probably refund you $100. Sent copy of bill where I had it replaced. Called back three times and still no refund or I changed my mine!
In and out quickly. Superior friendliness. We have ice cold ac again :)
