In my experience all dispatchers, field supervisors, managers and security guards were nice people. The management and policy of Excel is very good. I am saying it from heart and honestly.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Jerk got on board the D-train, shoulder checks me really hard on my right shoulder. Jerk never excuse himself BUT proceeds to stare at me like I shouldve never been in his way in the first place. Then walks away and sits down, as in the picture. If this are how your guards represent your company, I would never hire you to save my life. Much less protect my company/facility. Be mindful. Thanks.
