I passed my exam on the first attempt after completing a six-week course with Meran at his Academy. Meran has a unique teaching method that works extremely well. The Academy provides all the essential study materials, which cover the entire UBC course while being much more concise and easier to follow than the original content. I took his 3 week in person course and learned so much faster/better than I could on my own. When I first signed up for the Real Estate Services course at UBC, I was overwhelmed by the volume of material and the way it was presented. I didn’t even know where to begin. Amazing experience! I took the course with Meran, and he helped me throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and calm while explaining everything step by step.
