Francesca Carpenter is possibly an angel sent down from Heaven to help people like me who never felt heard. Thank you Francesca for hearing me and understanding me! I started attending Excel psychology after being a patient with headspace. I became sick of headspace because of how long it was taking to get appointments. Being a free service, that's understandable. I attend Excel over many months, usually in 2-3 week periods. I got to the point where I didn't see the point in attending Excel anymore because all I was doing was using my hour to recap what has happened since I last saw my psychologist.
