All are very nice and care about their patients. Their take the time to talk and explain things to you. Love them they are awesome.
Got a call today 4 months after we got my son fitted for ankle braces asking us to drop everything and come in to get refitted because they didn't order them. We will be going somewhere else. They also had no explanation of why they hadn't ordered them.
Love Chad! He is great with my teenage daughter. He listens to what she says and does everything within his power to make sure her leg fits her right and is comfortable.
In my experience the expectations and communication between Excel Prosthetics and Orthotics and the orthopedic surgeon is poor. They lack patient advocacy and coordination with related services. We waited one hour in lobby prior to being seen for appointments. Clearly office processes and procedures to support the patient journey/experience is amateur at best.
