I worked with *************************** from Excel Pools with my new liner and cover for my pool, I picked my choices and the liner and cover was ordered. Simple enough. The day came for the liner to be installed, all went smoothly, except for one thing after it was up it started sagging a little, then over the phone I met TJ, I complained about the liner sagging, ** told me there is a trim that would go on top of the liner to hold the liner in place, I wish that was told to me at the get go. Excel Pool services installed a new liner into my pool. I could not be more disappointed with Excel as the liner was damaged upon installation. Once they installed a new liner, and I filled up my pool, I immediately and continuously would lose water in my pool. I contacted Excel Pool Services to let them know of my issue, so they sent a diver to my pool to inspect for rips in the new liner. The diver did find rips in the new liner, and patch them up. BUYER BEWAREIf you purchase a pool liner from them, make sure you have a professional pool company service and document your pool chemicals because if you have a problem, they will tell you its your fault and void the warranty as the excuse. Excel was hired through Pool Town and installed a new liner in my pool of May 2020. I ordered a 28 ML liner supplied by Dover Vinyl in **********, **. Excel closed my pool both seasons. Just had Excel Pool Service replace my pool liner. I could not be happier with the experience. From helping us choose the right liner to the awesome customer **********************, these guys are pros. ****** was awesome communicating with us through out the process and the installers were meticulous in their work insuring that we were pleased. Excel is truly a 5 star company!!!!!

I have my pool open and closed by Excel every year. This year, I needed my pool light replaced and the workmen were the most polite, professional, and happy gentlemen Ive ever met. Excel continues to employ quality work men who are very good at what they do and it makes a huge difference. They continually exceed my expectations. **************

Would have really like to give them a better score but what I can I say they have incompetency throughout the warranty dept. **** was installed and used last summer but had an issue with the liner they came out said it needs to be replaced. Said they would do it roughly Sept/Oct. Received a call from them asking if they could move it to March of 2021 b/c they have so much work and I would be put on ******** *** **** (i don't believe their is a list).
