I needed a new tap gland to replace one which was leaking. It was an unusual size so no-one nearby could help, but two places recommended Excel. When I got to Excel they were really helpful and had all the equipment to measure sizes. They have a massive range but didn't have the exact glands but the team took the time to try a set with my taps to check it could fit. When I got home, it was a quick fit and all worked successfully.
