Fantastic customer service and very helpful with my plumbing issue
Heated tap base unit leaking and digital display faulty. The won't honour warranty as filters out of date. I live in Scotland with cleanest water in UK nothing scales up. I am sure it's just a rip off so they don't have to replace faulty parts.

Brilliant customer service from Excel Plumbing & Heating. I’d bought a tap some years ago from B&Q and they could not tell me what replacement cartridge I needed. When I saw the product that I thought I needed was shipped through Excel Plumbing I phone them direct. Sef, who I spoke to was polite, efficient and knowledgeable (knocked B&Q dead!). Thank you J
