Came across Movement 101 as I was looking for a physiotherapist around the area to get my leg assessed for pain due to running (IT Band Syndrome). Best decision ever to go ahead with the treatment. Lauren was super nice and friendly. Conor, what can I say. Absolute legend. He knows his stuff, came up with the right plan, and I am back on the running game again. Highly recommended. Thank you again, you guys! Amazing service.
Sought treatment at M101 Mascot for a knee meniscus injury and was seen by Conor over about 16 weeks. He was hugely knowledgeable about both the physical and mental sides of rehabilitation, set realistic goals about my progress throughout recovery, and set me up to continue making improvements after finishing treatment. I was back playing football ahead of our agreed schedule, and am now fitter and stronger than before the injury. 10/10, would highly recommend 👍🏻
As a touring musician it’s always great to find amazing therapists around the country and Della is my Sydney therapist. She knows all the spots, so great to tune up after sitting in cars and planes - convenient location walking distance from Sydney airport. Super friendly team.
