I've been seeing Conor Murphy for an issue with my knees and I find his level of treatment to be outstanding. Conor asked a lot of questions about me and my lifestyle to fully understand where we need to get back to. He built a great exercise plan to help rebuild and found ways to adjust anything that wasn't working well. Highly recommend Movement 101 Mascot! Chloe was my physio on the day and I found her to be very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to my challenges and applied a perfectly tailored plan to treat me and included some exercises specific to my needs. I’m feeling much better already and a lot of the stiffness and tightness in my back and hips is gone! I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you 🙂
