Highly recommend Movement 101 Mascot! Chloe was my physio on the day and I found her to be very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to my challenges and applied a perfectly tailored plan to treat me and included some exercises specific to my needs. I’m feeling much better already and a lot of the stiffness and tightness in my back and hips is gone! I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you 🙂

Came across Movement 101 as I was looking for a physiotherapist around the area to get my leg assessed for pain due to running (IT Band Syndrome). Best decision ever to go ahead with the treatment. Lauren was super nice and friendly. Conor, what can I say. Absolute legend. He knows his stuff, came up with the right plan, and I am back on the running game again. Highly recommended.
