We are a friendly, fully independent Physiotherapy and Wellness centre, located just a three minute walk from easy-to-reach Mascot station. Our Physio service is open six days per week, weekdays to 7pm, making it simple to book an appointment time that works for you. I have been to this physio several times over the last 2 years for neck spasms and upper back pain. Have always left feeling better than when I went in and with the confidence and knowledge on how to treat my body better. Especially want to shout out Della who I saw during my most recent visit. The best thing for me is definitely how easy it is to get in contact and book an appointment on the same day as enquiring.

Presented with hip & leg pain that had been growing day by day due to a mates dodgy sofa. Conor was brilliant massaging out the knots explaining the cause & effect along with online tutorials for, ‘at home’ exercise. Can’t recommend this business enough! Great friendly service. On time but not rushed which is always appreciated Thanks, Conor I’ll definitely be back if I need a physio again.
Saw Conor for my running injury and he got to the bottom of my issue in one session. Very knowledgeable and friendly, would highly recommend him!
