So far I have only had my initial evaluation. However, Merin was very professional and so thorough. I was very comfortable with everything she did and planned and I have every confidence that my treatment will go well.
Staff were, without exception, warm, friendly, professional. Merin seemed to know her stuff well and communicated very well.
There’s a bright and cheerful rehab in my neighborhood and I would highly recommend anyone who needs physical therapy to consider Havertown IvyRehab. The staff there is professional and personable, especially Merin who was my first therapist and is now the clinic director. This was my first time going to Ivy Rehabilitation In Havertown and it was just the best. Every physical therapist was wonderful and Merin Thazhathukunnel the clinical director is just the best. She is professional, kind, funny and a great listener to what ever your problem is. She genuinely cares about you and how you are feeling. Merin works with you and gets you back on your feet. She takes your concerns seriously and works with you to get you back to feeling great! She is the absolute best!!!!!
I just love how they made me feel like I've been there before and it's good to see you again come on in you're welcome here anytime. And the therapist helping me get through the painful part talking me through everything I need to do on my own and that they were there available to me anytime I needed them, it's a nice feeling to know I am going to get back up on my feet and able to go back to work. Thanks for all that you guys do for me and for everyone who walks through your doors
