The staff is outstanding in general and Andrew and Amanda in particular. They are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. They really care about me and helped me tremendously since I’ve started going there. In addition to helping me with my medical issues, Andrew has spent a considerable amount of time on the facility itself. They are a credit to your organization and I have recommended them to several of my family members and friends when they asked about where I go for therapy.
Very comfortable environment, and all the staff is very friendly. I absolutely love and recommend this place!
The team at this office is great, and they practice similarly. I have gone to other facilities over the years and came back here when it was Excel because of their approach to care. The other facilities I have gone to assess, provide a treatment plan and you go weekly to basically train yourself. The reason I returned is that they provide both manual therapy and exercise and not all facilities do so. The PT experience has made me be able to live a functional life again. The PT therapy model of individualized attention based on one’s specific needs is what saved me after a bacterial infection and 3 surgeries in my shoulder Thank you, Do Not Change your specialized individual hands on treatment technique!
I recently had a knee replacement surgery and just finished 8 weeks of physical therapy at Ivy Rehab. The staff is very friendly and made you feel comfortable immediately. Michael Cavallaro was my therapist. He was excellent and had me walking in no time. I highly recommend this facility and Michael.
