I want to say I’m very thankful with Dr. George James for helping me improve with my vertigo episodes and upper back pain and neck pain still there but has improved lol. He will teach you and explain to you how to get better with stretching and exercising the correct muscles properly. He helped me feel more comfortable with my balance I do recommend his office practice he will help you too.
I injured my lower back at work and had numbness, tingling, and no range of motion. After i finished my appointments i had no more pain, and could walk/run normal again. Very professional, knowledgeable, and does an amazing job explaining each of the workouts and what you are working on.
